Indications: 

Sotalol is used as in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias, less so supraventricular arrhythmia (most associated with accessory pathway). It is used most commonly in dogs with ventricular arrhythmias secondary to myocardial disease.

Dosing: 

Sotalol is best absorbed if given on an empty stomach. Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your veterinarian. If you have difficulty giving the medication, contact your veterinarian. This medication should only be given to the pet for whom it was prescribed.
