Ordering "Over the Counter" Products

Ordering non-prescription items is easy: select the item, add to cart, navigate to your "shopping cart", confirm the order, and then check out using your preferred method (PayPal, PayNow or Credit Card).

We will be in touch with you to confirm your orders and stock status. Items are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of receiving the order.

Ordering Prescription Items

The steps required to obtain a prescription item for your pet are as follows:

1. Ask your vet to write a prescription for the item required.

2. Once you have the prescription, you can find the prescription item listed on our website. If you have any doubts about which item to add to your cart, or if you can't find the item you're looking for, contact us and we can help you out.

3. To complete your order, please upload a copy of the prescription as you add the prescription item to the cart. Alternatively you can also send the script via email to sales@myanimaldispensary.com or Whatsapp to +65 8023 6358.

4. Upon delivery of the prescription order, the original prescription paper will be collected.
