Ordering "Over the Counter" Products

Ordering non-prescription medicines or products is as easy as selecting the item from the inventory, clicking "add to cart", navigating to the "shopping cart" page, confirming the order and then checking out using your preferred method (PayPal, bank transfer, PayNow or credit card).

Our customer service team will be in touch with you to confirm your orders and stock status. Items are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of receiving the order.

Ordering Prescription Medicines

Ordering your pet supply of a prescription medicine requires you to upload a copy of your pets’ prescription and upon delivery, collection of the original prescription.

Should you require a prescription, you could consult a vet online at :  https://zumvet.com/login/Myanimaldispensary.

Do note that the consult is subject to a fee. 

The steps required to obtain a prescription medicine for your pet are as follows:
1. Ask your vet to write a prescription the next time they would like to dispense a medicine.

2. Once you have the prescription, you can find the medicine listed in our inventory. If you have any doubts about which item to add to your cart, or can't find the item in our inventory, contact us and we can help you out.

3. To complete your order, please upload a copy of the prescription as you add the medicine to the cart (this is a new feature). Alternatively you may still send the script via email to sales@myanimaldispensary.com
