Recommended Dosage :

For best results, CALMEX® should be given for three days prior to a stressful event.
If required, double the recommended amount can be given 30-60 minutes prior to an acute stressor.

L-Tryptophan 120mg, Rhodiola rosea 50mg, Lecithin 45mg, Passiflora incarnata 40mg, Niacinamide 3mg, Vitamin B1 0.3mg, Vitamin B6 0.3mg
Storage :
Store at 15°C - 25°C. Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
